ONLY FOREVER TATTOO

Shop Policies

We have established our shop policies in order to let you know our boundaries & what we require from you in order to conduct our business professionally.

You must be 18 with a valid state issued or federal issued I.D.

It is your responsibility to provide Only Forever Tattoo with any and all accurate reference material (ie: photos & fonts) at least one week prior to your appointment.

Failure to follow through with the above could result in the need to reschedule and forfeit your deposit.

All deposits are 100% non refundable.

Only Forever Tattoo requires a 48+ hour notice in order to reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new date. Past the 48 hour mark, OFT will require a new deposit to hold your spot for a new date.

There is a limit to 1 reschedule per deposit. After your first reschedule, your deposit will be forfeit and we will require a new one to reschedule you again.

It is your responsibility to ensure you do not have sunburn or abrasions on the area on which you plan to receive your tattoo.

Failure to follow through with the above could result in the need to reschedule and forfeit your deposit.

It is your responsibility to plan any needed childcare as children are not allowed in Only Forever Tattoo.

If you are 15+ minutes late and have not contacted us to let us know, we will consider you a no call/no show which automatically forfeits your deposit.

Aftercare is extremely important to the quality of your tattoo and to your health. It is your responsibility to follow the guidance & instructions set forth by Only Forever Tattoo (see instructions on Aftercare page).

Neglect, environment & disregard of the instructions are the greatest threat to your tattoo & could result in infection.

Any spelling or grammar is your responsibility to check for accuracy before getting tattooed.

We cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant or have been within the past 3 months. Getting tattooed while pregnant could have adverse effects on your pregnancy.

We cannot tattoo you if you are currently breastfeeding.

We cannot tattoo you if you have ingested alcohol or drugs within the 24 hours leading up to your appointment.

We ask that you avoid aspirin or any similar pain relievers which may thin your blood, for 24 hours before getting tattooed.

It is advised that you eat well and hydrate the day (and every other day ☺️) of your appointment. Having a meal within 2 hours leading up to your tattoo is advised.

If you have a condition which might affect the procedure or healing process, such as lupus, diabetes or hemophilia, it is 100% necessary that you speak to your doctor about your risks before getting tattooed.

Antibiotics can prevent your tattoo from healing correctly and you must not be on antibiotics while getting tattooed. If you have been on antibiotics recently, you must speak to your doctor about how long you should wait before getting tattooed.

TOUCH-UP POLICY

Only Forever Tattoo offers one free touch-up, within one year, after your tattoo service, should you have a spot which appears to have had difficulty healing. This will usually appear as a light spot or a thinner line.

Most tattoos do not require a touch-up. If you are happy with your healed tattoo, there is no need to have it touched up!

Upon scheduling your touch-up appointment, you will be expected to honor our 48+ hour rescheduling policy. Should you fail to honor this policy, we will charge a non refundable deposit in order to reserve additional time for a touch-up.

We will also uphold our 3x rescheduling limit for touch-ups, before requiring a deposit to reserve additional time.
